After a weekend of recovery, you have the most energy, focus and discipline to work on your priorities. Don’t waste all that mental clarity and energy planning what to do in the next eight hours. Do your planning the night before. Think of Sunday as the first chance to prepare yourself for the week’s tasks. Monday mornings will feel less dreadful and less overwhelming if you prepare the night before. Completing an uncomfortable or difficult task not only moves it out of your way, but it gives you great energy because you get the feeling you’ve accomplished something worthwhile. Nutrient insufficiency might very well lead to intermittent sleep, or irregular sleep patterns, or even insomnia to some degree or another.  A clinical study would need to be conducted to correctly identify the chicken and the egg in this scenario. Another important limitation worth m entioning is the funding behind the new study, Pharmative, the celebrated and well-received  vitamin, mineral and supplement maker. Although it would certainly be in the author’s best interest to advertise the importance of vitamin supplements, independent reports have successfully linked certain supplement with quality sleep. Even still Ikonte understands that much more research needs to be conducted to state anything categorical. “Whether chronic short sleep causes nutrient insufficiency or the nutrient insufficiency causes short sleep still needs to be determined,” said Ikonte. “A clinical study that investigates (impacts of) supplementation with these nutrients on sleep outcomes is needed to demonstrate cause and effect.”

Maintain realistic expectations “Employers in Indianapolis face increased competition for developers with Angular and JavaScript experience,” Maloney says. But she encourages hiring managers to keep a reasonable outlook when it comes to a candidate’s skill sets. “A lot of our clients are also looking for marketing experience. Most candidates are developers or marketers - not both.”   In Minneapolis, demand for talent is very high, says Jessica Green, branch manager for Technology.
